These terms apply to evShipping Policy

Every order within Australia ships free with standard tracked delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates are a guide only. Remote and regional areas, peak periods and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it before the order is dispatched, but we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at infoevessa@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Please use our size guide before ordering; if you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Bundle discounts

Multi-pack savings are applied automatically at checkout: 15% off when you buy 2 units and 25% off when you buy 3 or more. Bundle discounts can't be combined with other product or order discounts.

5. Orders

Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, repairing it or refunding its price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Product use

Our shapewear is designed to change how your figure looks under clothing. It is not a medical device and is not intended to cause weight loss. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have recently had surgery, please seek medical advice before use.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to EVESSA or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Privacy Policy

EVESSA respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

• Contact and delivery details: your name, email, phone number and shipping and billing addresses.
• Order details: the products you buy, order history, returns and messages you send us.
• Payment information: processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To process, ship and track your orders and handle returns.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
• To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To improve our website and products.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, delivery carriers and, if you opt in, email marketing tools. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how our website is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings or through our cookie banner.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing infoevessa@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
