Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your EVESSA order. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • For hygiene reasons, shapewear must be returned clean, unwashed, free of marks, odours or damage, and in its original packaging where possible.
  • Items should only have been tried on over underwear.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at infoevessa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked postage service. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs

If you've simply changed your mind or chosen the wrong size, return shipping is paid by the customer. [Confirmar: o EVESSA paga la devolución.] If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges for Express delivery are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
